4.2.0.5 CA2 Board and PW1 Board Removal

Here shows the removal of CA2 board, PW1 board, the holder battery and
holder lens. Follow the order in the figure.

NOTE: If only PW1 board is replaced or removed, it it not necessary to

remove the solder of earth terminal on the CA2 side.
