Data operation problems
Sound breaks off when the video or audio is played.
Cause What to do
The bit rate of the data is
too high. Check the bit rate. See
“Available types of video/audio
data” on page 30 for details.
No sound comes out when a video is played.
Cause What to do
The Audio Codec of the
data is not supported. Check the file format. See
“Available types of video/audio
data” on page 30 for details.
Cannot copy.
Cause What to do
The space available on the
HDD is not sufficient to
copy all of the data in the
memory card. Delete unnecessary data in the
HDD or reduce the number of
data to copy from the memory
card.
Cannot copy.
Cause What to do
The data may be broken. Try to copy a different data.
Cannot delete.
Cause What to do
The data is locked. See “Using the Pop Up Menu”
on page 44 and unlock the data
to delete it.
