Disassembling/Assembling the Main Unit

COVER ASSY., FU

Remove the HOUSING ASSY., TOP.

(p.241)

Disconnect the connector (White 3 pin) from the relay connector.

Remove the screw that secures the grounding wire of the COVER ASSY., FU.

C.P.POLYWAVEA,3x6,F/Zn: 1

Loosen the screw fastening COVER ASSY., FU to the main unit.

Securing Screw: 1

Bow the topside of the DETECTOR, V-164-3A5, ASSY. toward front to remove
the dowel of the COVER ASSY., FU, then remove the COVER ASSY., FU.

COVER, TOP; B

1). Open the COVER ASSY., FU.

2). Remove the screw that secures the COVER, TOP; B.

C.C.P-TITE SCREW,3x10,F/Zn: 1

3). Move sections indicated in

Figure 4-31

inward to remove the 2 dowels, and

remove COVER, TOP; B from the COVER ASSY., FU.
