slide the bamboo tenon on headrail (

After both side rails have been affixed to headrail (

slide the bamboo tenon biscuits on footboard (

Carefully tilt the bed frame upward by
raising the footboard end (
C
) and insert the
two legs (

) into the notched alcoves in the
footboard (
C
) and the side rails (

).
Loosely attach the legs (
E
) to the bed frame
by inserting two 15mm bolts through the
raised bracket arms on the legs on the inside
of the bed frame and finger tighten.

Then insert two 15mm bolts through the
bottom of the leg brackets and into the
footboard (

) and the side rails (

) and

Gently and evenly slide all four bamboo tenons
on headboard (

into the mortise slots on the top
side of the side rails (

*NOTE: It may be necessary to tap on the top of the headboard uprights
with a rubber hammer to fully seat the headboard into the rails.
