temperature to 22°C. As it is recommended to keep the unit ready and acclimated for use during any
time of the day, we recommend leaving the time set at the default, 000. Hit the "Start/Stop" button to set.
Unit will either heat or cool until reaching 22°; and until ready, the readout will read "NOTOK".
Once the correct temperature is within range, it will beep and the readout will change to "OK".
Run all Flex assays in the incubator. If the temperature of your room is between 20 and 24°C (68 and
75°F) you may skip the 2 minute sample acclimatization step. Set the test tubes in the incubator, extract
your sample, transfer extract to the tube along with buffer, and run the test in the incubator.
Remove strip immediately after test time and cut off the tailpad. Place the strip in paddle of the
QuickScan, slide in, and press "Read Test" on the QuickScan screen on the computer.
