1-1. General
1. The weather information displayed is limited to
supplemental use only and may not be used in lieu of an
official weather data source.
1-2. Pilot’s Guide
1. The applicable Garmin documents listed in Table 1-
1 must be available for the flight crew whenever the GDL
69/69A is used. If weather information is displayed on a
Garmin GNS 400W or 500W series unit, refer to the
400W/500W Pilot’s Guide Addendum. If weather
information is displayed on a Garmin GMX 200, refer to
the GMX 200 Pilot’s Guide.
