When you are not using the appliance, unplug the mains plug (3).

Wind the mains cable around the mains cable storage (4) underneath the appliance
(see
Fig. 4 ).

Store the appliance in a dry, frost-free place, away from direct sunlight.

Do not store the appliance within the reach of children.

To avoid damage during transport, we recommend that you use the original packag-
ing.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The appliance left our warehouse in perfect condition. However, if you identify a prob-
lem, try to solve it using the Troubleshooting table below. If you do not succeed, contact
our customer service department.
Problem Possible cause Troubleshooting
The appliance is
not working.
The operating
button (2) fails
to engage.
The mains plug (3) is
not plugged into a
power socket.

Connect the appliance to a mains
socket. The mains voltage must match
the technical specifications for the ap-
pliance.
The bread is not
lifted up after
toasting.
A slice of bread has
become stuck.

