1. Safety Warnings
Warnings!
Please read the following safety guidelines
in order to avoid risk of fire, electric shock,
personal injury and damage to objects.
General safety warning

This appliance can be
used by children aged
from 8 years and above
and person with reduced
physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge
if they have been given
supervision or instruction
concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards
involved.

Children should be
supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the
appliance.
◊
Cleaning and use
maintenance shall not be
made by children without
supervision.
◊
This appliance must be
used only for the purpose
for which it was designed
as the ash cleaner for
home use. Any other use is
considered not compliant
with the intended use
and therefore dangerous.
Strictly follow the operation
in the manual for the
intended purpose.

Specific safety instructions for Ash vacuum
cleaner
∫ Never leave a machine which is ready for
operation unattended at the workplace.
∫ People and animals must not be vacuumed
with the machine.
∫ Do not aim the suction hose and nozzle at
yourself or others during use, particularly
not at the eyes and ears; there is a risk of
injury.
∫ Do not vacuum up substances or dusts that
are hot, glowing, combustible, flammable,
explosive or those which endanger health.
This includes hot ashes, petrol, solvents,
acids or caustic solutions. Personal injury
could occur.
∫ CAUTION! Do not vacuum up hazardous
substances (e.g. petrol, solvents, acids or
lyes) and ash from unauthorized fuels.
∫ Do not vacuum up fine, combustible dusts.
There is a risk of explosion.
∫ Do not vacuum up hot ashes and hot,
glowing or combustible objects (e.g.
charcoal, cigarettes). There is risk of fire.
∫ Suction tubes must not reach head level
whilst in use. Personal injury could occur.
∫ Switch off the appliance and remove the
battery pack.
- When the appliance is not in use;
- Before the appliance is opened up;
- For all maintenance and cleaning work.
