BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
The hand blender blade is very sharp. There is a
risk of injuries.
Avoid touching the blades.
Clean the following parts with ordinary washing-up liquid and warm water before us-
ing for the first time and after each use.

Potato masher
–
Measuring cup
Charging the appliance
Remove the cover from the charger socket.
Connect the coaxial power connector for the charger to the charging socket on the
hand blender motor block.
Plug the charger into the power socket.
The battery charge level indicator lights up red during charging. As soon as charging is
complete and the battery is fully charged, the battery charge level indicator lights up
blue. The charging process lasts up to 3 hours.
If the battery charge level indicator lights up red, the battery needs to be charged.
Charge the battery for at least 30 minutes.
After charging, disconnect the hand blender from the charger.
