CLEANING THE APPLIANCE

Never immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids!

Touching moving, sharp-edged parts can
cause cuts.
Avoid touching the blades.
Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or objects to clean the ac-
cessories and the housing because these items could damage the surfaces.
Use a mild cleaning agent, such as washing-up liquid, and a soft cloth. To
avoid injuries, use a washing-up brush or similar suitable piece of cleaning
equipment to clean the blades.
To remove light soiling, first fill the mixing container with clean water and
operate it as described above. Then empty the water out of the mixing con-
tainer.
Unplug the plug from the power socket before cleaning the appliance.
Remove the accessories.
Also clean the cover inside the vacuum lid by screwing it an-
ti-clockwise.
Clean the accessories with hot water and washing-up liquid.
Clean the containers immediately after processing foodstuffs such
as carrots or tomatoes, to prevent staining.
Wipe the surface of the appliance with a slightly dampened, soft
cloth.
