1.
Install the blade and bowl on motor base.
2.
Place food in the bowl.
3.
Cover with lid by turning bowl lid clockwise until it is locked in place.
4.
Insert measuring cup on bowl lid.
5.
Plug the appliance to power outlet and switch on by pressing ‘On/off’ button with ‘I’ pressed
down.
6.
Set the time and temperature by turning temperature dial and timer dial.
Note: The set temperature must be higher than the temperature of food in the bowl.

Select operation speed by turning speed dial. Indicator lights up in red. The appliance starts
operation and timer is counting down.
Note: in case temperature is not set before operation, it cannot be set during operation.
Always turn speed dial to 0 and reset all figures.
8.
'Beep' signal can be heard when timer has 5 seconds left to finish.
9.
LCD display is flashing when operation is finished. Light off in 5 minutes.
10.
Switch off the appliance with On/off button ‘O’ pressed down and unplug the appliance after
use.

Remove lid from bowl and remove processed food from bowl by spatula carefully. The metal
bowl can be very hot after operation.
•
The blade is very sharp. Handle it with care.
•
Don’t touch the metal part of the bowl while it is hot.
•
Only hold the handle of the bowl to move the bowl.
•
Never heat up the bowl when it is empty.
•
If you want to heat the food for a few more minutes, set the speed back to “0”. And then
reset the time, the temperature and the speed. The appliance continues working.
•
For blending hard food such as coffee beans and almond, don’t chop it longer than 40
seconds. And rest the appliance at least 10 minutes before the next operation.
•
The maximum of kneading dough is 0.8Kg. Don’t make the dough more than 0.8Kg.
•
Don’t heat milk more than 500ml! Do not put food over MAX marked on the bowl.
•
Do not mix over 1.5L water on the bowl.

ALWAYS use steamer with steamer lid. Make sure lid is well fitted.
•
Do not heat up the bowl when it is empty.
•
Add water (0.5L

than 0.5 liter. 0.5L water can be used for steaming food for 30 minutes.)

Always use the bowl with blade well installed.
•
Never leave measuring cup on the lid when using steamer.
