HDMI or VGA monitor does not
display properly
Make sure power, input, and output cables are firmly
connected to the converter.
Make sure the CCTV inputs are turned on.
Make sure the video output devices are turned on.
Test the cables between the converter and video output
devices to ensure they are functional.
HDMI Output side LED not lit
Ensure relevant connector is firmly connected.
VGA Output side LED not lit
Ensure correct mode is selected using the DIP switches.
HD-AHD or HD-CVI outputting B&W video
Press both function switches at the same time and
reset power.

damage is caused by or attributed to acts of God, physical or electrical misuse or abuse, neglect, repair or alteration,
improper or abnormal usage, or faulty installation, or if for any other reason SECO-LARM determines that such equipment
is not operating properly as a result of causes other than defects in material and workmanship. The sole obligation of
