The controller is out of order.
1. Battery charge is too low.

1. Charge the battery fully.
2. Check it again and tighten it.

Max. speed is low.
1. The connection of the battery
has become loose.
2. The right and left brakes don't work properly.
3. The connection of motor hub plug
has become loose and damaged.
1. Repair and reconnect.
2. Repair and reset.
3. Consult a specialized mechanic or
send to service centre for repair.

The hub connected to the power
motor doesn't work.
1. Air pressure is inadequate.
2. Power is insufficient or the charger is broken.
3. The battery is old or damaged.
4. Inclination is too steep, strong wind,
frequent braking and launching, overload.
1. Inflate your tires.
2. Fully charge the battery and examine
the contacts of the charger plug.
3. Change the battery.
4. Pedal the bicycle to assist in this case.

Full charge duration is not
enough after a full charge.
1. The charger plug base has fallen or
the connection between the plug and plug
base has become loose.
2. The fuse inside the charger is used.
3. The connections of the battery pack
have become loose.
1. Fasten the plug base and connector.
2. Change the fuse.
3. Have the connection welded.

The charger doesn't
work properly. Other faults.
1. Faults that cannot be solved or judged
according to the guide.
2. Damage of the motor hub, controller,
charger, and the inside of the battery pack.
Please refer to supplier or service centre
in such circumstances. Do not open the above
components, or this will void the guarantee.
Store the charger in a cool and well ventilated location during charging and protect it from heat and fire sources. Do not immerse
the charger in water or expose it to high temperatures. A damaged charger could cause an accident.
First connect the output plug of the charger to the battery charging connection. Then connect the input plug of the charger to the
AC power supply. If power is not applied, the red light indicator will be on. After finishing charging, remove the plug of the AC power
supply first, and then the plug connected to the battery. This procedure cannot be done in reverse sequence.
The illuminated red light shows that the unit is charging. Once it is fully charged, the green light comes on. The battery is under
constant voltage and switches automatically. Constant charging time should not exceed 10 hours. (If the light does not change after
10 hours of charge, stop charging immediately and refer to a service centre.)
SAFETY PROMPTS AND INDICATIONS OF THE CHARGER
1. When charging, please use the original charger supplied. If you do not use the correct charger, the guarantee will be voided.
2. Do not throw the charger into the rear box as it could easily be damaged due to jolting and humidity.
Please do not alter the original body, circuits, electrical components and other structures yourself. If the performance of the whole
vehicle and electric components is impaired as a result of changes made to the original circuits and electrical components, the
guarantee will be voided.
