buTToN FuNCTIoNs

1. poWER oN / oFF 

Press the button to start/stop the device at any time of 
the exercise.

2. TIME

To select the desired workout time press on the time 
button (range 1 – 15 minutes).

3. spEEd + / spEEd –

To adjust the speed level during the workout, press 
speed up (+) or speed down (–). Each button press 
increases or decreases the speed (12 levels). If you press 
the button continuously, the speed will be changed in a 
quicker way. 

SPEED BUTTON –  

To decrease the running speed

SPEED  
To increase the running speed 

REVERSE BUTTON 
To change pedalling direction

MODE BUTTON 
To select speed, time,  
distance, calories display

To set exercise time (1 – 15 min)

4. ModE

Press mode button to display speed, time, distance and 
calories. To display random parameters press the button 
several times until the red light lights up above Scan. 

5. REVERsE

The rotation direction of the pedals can be changed by 
pressing on this button. 

sTaRT up QuICK (MaNual)

1.1  Insert the plug into the power socket and turn on the power at the base of the unit (red switch, position I) 
1.2  Press on the red power button, the device will commence at speed level 1 for 5 minutes. 
1.3  The time can be adjusted by pressing on the time button (range 1 – 15 minutes). For fast adjustment keep pressing 
      on the button until the desired time appears. 
1.4  The device will turn off automatically when selected time exceeds. 
1.5  To completely switch off the devise press the red power switch at the base of the unit to position 0.
