3.WORKOUT SELECTION
When in training selection page, press UP or DOWN to choose: MANUAL→PROGRAM→USER→
TARGET H.R. (Drawing8). Press ENTER to enter the mode.

3.1.MANUAL MODE
In MANUAL mode, you can customize your own workout manually.
Press UP or DOWN button to select MANUAL (Drawing9) and confirm by pressing ENTER. Press
START/STOP button to start workout.TIME/RPM/SPEED/WATT/DISTANCE/CALORIES will begins to
count up (Drawing 10).Adjust LOAD level with UP/DOWN key (Drawing 11).
Press START/STOP button to start or pause workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.
Press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level during exercise.

3.2.PROGRAM MODE
In PROGRAM mode, user can press UP or DOWN button to choose PN (N=1~12, total 12 programs)
(Drawing 12). After select the program, PN will display in the window first and then display graph.
Press START/STOP button to start or pause workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.
Press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level during exercise.
