Table 5-5 describes the function options on the privacy mask setup menu.

AREA
SEL Used to select an area to be edited.
DISPLAY Used to enable or disable the function of displaying the selected
area. The default option is
OFF .
POSITION Used to edit the area shape and size. By locating four corners, you
can set a quadrilateral mask area. You can press
ENTER to switch
mask areas.
COLOR Used to set the mask area color. Available options are RED ,
GREEN , BLUE , YELLOW , CYAN , MAGENTA , WHITE , and
BLACK .
TRANSP Used to set the mask area transparency. The option 1.00 indicates
opacity, and the option 0 indicates 100% transparency. Available
options are 0.00 , 0.50 , 0.75 , and 1.00 .
MOSAIC Used to enable or disable the picture mosaic function. The options
are
ON and OFF .
Mosaics become inconspicuous when the mask area transparency is high,
for example,
1.00 . Therefore, you are advised to set the transparency to 0
when using the picture mosaic function.
