Twist the Male Plug counterclockwise until the Male Plug can separate from the Female Plug (
refer to 4.2.3.1. Table

Locate the protective covers that should have been kept with the Standard Support Equipment.
4.2.3.2.1.
Reinstall the protective covers on both the Male and Female ends of the Power Plug.
4.2.4.
Once disconnected, the tool is powered down.

When the DdL™ Caliper Tool is not in use, keep the tool powered down by verifying that the Male and Female Plugs are
disconnected, and the protective covers are installed on both Plugs
