This program generates a random exercise profile for the user (Figure #9).
To Start the program
1. In the Setup Mode, Press Up or Down Buttons to choose
RANDOM
2. Press Up or Down Buttons to adjust
Time
and then press Enter Button.
3. Press Up or Down Buttons to adjust the
Distance
and then press Enter Button.
4. Press Up or Down Buttons to adjust the
Calories
and then press Start Button.
