liquids, to meet the particular requirements for safety-
related systems as per IEC 61508.

The measuring system meets the requirements for
• Functional safety in accordance with IEC 61508
• Explosion protection by intrinsic safety 
• Electromagnetic compatibility as per EN 61326 and 

NAMUR recommendation NE 21

• Electrical safety in accordance with IEC/EN 61010-1
