System error messages

Serious system errors are

always

recognized by the device as "Fault message", and are shown as a

lightning flash (

$

) on the display! Fault messages immediately affect the outputs. Simulations and

positive zero return, on the other hand, are classed and displayed as "Notice messages".

"

Caution!
In the event of a serious fault, a flowmeter might have to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Follow the important procedures before returning the flowmeter to Hauser

Always enclose a duly completed "Declaration of Contamination" form. You will find a preprinted
blank of this form at the back of this manual.
