3. Rinse electrodes thoroughly with clean, warm water ensuring all residue of electrolyte is
removed.
4. Allow the electrodes to dry.
5. Screw a new membrane cap loosely onto the electrodes to protect them.
6. Fit protection cap on sensor →  31.
7. For recommissioning, follow the same procedure as for commissioning →  24.
Ensure that no biofouling occurs during longer interruptions to measurement. Remove
continuous organic deposits such as films of bacteria from media with a high
concentration of chlorine.
Fitting the protection cap on the sensor
1. To keep the membrane moist after the sensor has been removed, fill the protection cap
with clean water.

