Installation
ASP Inline

Hauser
To mount the assembly on the pipe connecting flange DN50 PN16, proceed as follows:
1.
First, insert the gasket (Fig. 4, item A) between the two flanges.
2.
Then screw the assembly together, as shown in
3.
Tighten the four M16 screws (item B) equally to the nuts (item D) with the washers (item C)
in between.
3.2.3
Pneumatic connection
Fig. 5:
Pneumatic connection of the ASP Inline
The pneumatic connection can be made using the NW5 quick-release coupling
(Coupling socket, see chapter 8 "Accessories").
The ASP Inline sampler assembly is driven with an air pressure of 6 to 8 bar. The air must be filtered
(40
μ
m) and free of water and oil. There is no continuous air consumption. The air pipes must have
a minimum nominal diameter of 4 mm.
!
Note!
If the air pressure can increase to more than 8 bar (including pressure surges), a pressure-reducing
valve must be pre-connected.
3.2.4
Drain hose connection
!
Note!
Ensure that a syphon does not form when the drain hose is connected to the sampler or the tank
(Fig. 2).
Optionally, the sample can be drained into an ASP Station 2000, distributed into sample bottles and
stored thermostatically. The drain hose is fed as a continuous length from the ASP Inline sampler
assembly to the distribution tap.
