Assembly/ User Instructions Continued
If used as a wall light
1. Do not attempt to plug in or use this product until it has been fully assembled. Disconnect from mains during
assembly or maintenance.
2. Remove the two top screws (1) and retain the screws for re-use. Use the backplate (2) as a template to mark
the screw holes. Make the screw holes and secure to the wall with appropriate screw fixings (3).
3. Secure the product over the backplate by using the screws (1) removed in Point 2.
4. Install the bulb (4). Do not install a bulb with a greater wattage or different shape than specified on the label.
IMPORTANT: Children can become entangled in loose cable. Ensure excessive loops of cable are secured
against the wall using suitable fittings, such as cable clips(not supplied). Do not use this product in
children’s bedrooms.
5. Plug in, and operate the rocker switch (5) to turn your lamp on.
USB port instructions
The USB port is around the edge of the lamp with an output of 2100mA. It can be used to charge a variety of
mobile devices via a suitable USB cable.
Additional Charging Information
It may take a few minutes to start charging if your device is completely discharged, this is entirely normal. Your
device may display a notification to confirm when charging has begun. The charging time can vary depending
on your device’s current charge level, capacity, age and temperature in the surrounding environment. Charging
can cause devices to warm up; this is common and your device will gradually return to its normal operating
temperature once disconnected.
