
Electrical connections
Power wiring
Use regulated 24VDC power supply. Power range can be 20.5 VDC~27.6VDC. After power on, the power LED
turns on and PLC will be ready. Use right ground connections for resitance to the leaks and electrical
disturbances.
Digital Inputs
Logic inputs type are 24VDC pnp. Common connections is 24V- and external
common is +24V. Logic1 introduction LED turns on.
IP0 and IP1 inputs are high speed inputs which can connect 50kHZ encoder or
single channel mode in total max. 100kHz.
Digital outputs
Logical outputs are relay and transistor outputs. The first 2 outputs are relay outputs. The current draw in relay
outputs should not exceed 220VAC 3A. The relay repetition speed can be max. 100ms. Period. Other 4 outputs
QP2..QP5 are transistor output. QP2 and QP4 (Ch0 and Ch1) high speed puls outputs. Directly connected to the
servo drives. Transistor outputs give the maximum output rate of 100kHz.
Ethernet connection
Ethernet connection is used for EndaSoft software and network connections. Any standard ethernet cable wiill
work. PLC can connect to the network HUB device or directly to the PC ethernet port.
COM1/RS232 connection
The connector is RJ11. This port is used for connecting to other devices which
communicate via RS232. ASCII protocol and MODBUS RTU protocol are
supported.

COM2/RS485 port
RS 485 network connecton can be set up with connector connection. Other PLC or 3. part devices communicate
with the device 255 is provided with the MODBUS RTU protocol.

EndaSoft PC-PLC Connection
The PLC program can be downloaded via ethernet port by Endasoft software.
There are 2 ways to connect PC -PLC devices;
1)
PLC can be connected to the PC with any CAT5 cable. PLC ethernet portu is used between the PC
ethernet port.
2)
PLC can be connected to network HUB on intranet. If there is more than one PLC in network, select
the right device by its MAC address when you are prompted. Every PLC unit has a MAC address
printed on its label.
Before using this product, the user must read and understand this document.

50mm space required between controller's top/bottom edges&enclosure walls.
•
Ambient conditions of temperature and humidity should be not exceed the specified limits.
•
Use the approprate value of insurance in supply input. Use shielded and twisted cable
while signal and communication connection.
•
Use latest version of EndaSoft program.
