Q. How to update device firmware?

Please download the last firmware file for

our website.

Unzip the firmware to USB Storage Drive

or Memory Cards and plug it to Media

Player device. Select the “upgrade“on

‘Setting” page.

Note:

The firmware file name may sure is

“dmp.img”

Select “Local update” then system will

auto upgrade. Once it finished, it will

reboot automatically.

Note:

Please don’t do anything when firmware

upgrade is in progress.
