Operation:
1.
The Kid’s Digital Camera requires 4 AA batteries (Not included). Use
alkaline batteries only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not use
rechargeable batteries or any other type of batteries because they
supply lower voltage and the unit will not perform properly. Never
mix old and new batteries together or different brands or types
together.
2.
Battery installation:
Make sure the camera is turned
OFF
. Locate
the battery covers on the bottom of the camera. Loosen the screws
using a screwdriver and remove the battery covers. Install 4 new
“AA” batteries.
3.
Connect to any external capability switch (not included) via the input
jack cord. Kid’s Digital Camera is equipped with a 1/8" female mono
jack for use with external capability switches that have a 1/8" mono
plug. Make sure you have a tight connection. There should be no
gaps.
4.
Actuate your capability switch and Kid’s Digital Camera will take a
photo or video clip depending on your setting. Kid’s Digital Camera
can also be used without the use of an external switch.
5.
Removable base will fit on most photography tripods or any of our
mounting arms with the addition of our part No. 2022 1/4"-20 STUD.
