explosive atmosphere, such as areas where the air
particles (such as grain, dust, or metal powders), may be
hazardous.
Exposing the device to environments having high
concentrations of industrial chemicals may damage or
impair the device functionality.

inspect, repair and service the device.

OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
COVID-19 AND/OR ANY ASSOCIATED RESPIRATORY
DISEASES.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL EMTEC CORPORATION LTD BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED
DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR REVENUES OR
DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF, OR
RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY
BREACH OF THE AGREEMENT (CONSISTING OF
THE SIGNED PURCHASE ORDER, THE CURRENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ANY SCHEDULES
AND APPENDICES ATTACHED THERETO),
REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES
WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT EMTEC
CORPORATION LTD WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES, (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE
THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) UPON
WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND (D) THE FAILURE
OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EMTEC CORPORATION’S AGGREGATE
LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE
USE OF THE DEVICE, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF
OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONION TRACT, TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE,
EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY
SELLER FOR THE PRODUCTS.
The Terms and Conditions

device, are an integral part of the agreement between
Emtec Corporation Ltd and a Customer, and apply to all
Emtec Corporation’s contractual relationships with its Customers
regarding the device.
By signing the Purchase Order, the Customer explicitly
acknowledges the content of the Agreement (consisting
of the signed Purchase Order, the current Terms and
Conditions and any Schedules and Appendices attached
thereto).

Battery safety and disposal
WARNING: The device contains a non-user replaceable
lithium-ion battery. It should be serviced only by IK
Multimedia. Don’t incinerate or damage the battery. This
could cause overheating and injury.
European Union—Disposal Information

local laws and regulations your product and/or
its battery shall be disposed of separately from
household waste. When this product reaches its
end of life, take it to a collection point designated
by local authorities. The separate collection and
recycling of your product and/or its battery at
the time of disposal will help conserve natural
