MULTIFUNCTION REMOTE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
“PILOT ON DEMAND”/ “INTERMITTENT PILOT” (CPI/IPI)
SELECTION
With the system in “oFF” position press the moDe key

to index to the CPI mode icon.
See Figures 26 and 27.
Pressing the UP ARRoW key will activate the Continuous Pilot
Ignition mode (CPI).
NOTICE:
In the “Pilot on Demand” mode, the pilot remains oN
continuously even when the burner is turned oFF. The pilot will
shut off after 7 days if there is no activity or call for heat.
Pressing the DoWN ARRoW key will return to IPI.
A single “beep” will confirm the reception of the command.

Button Lock

his function will lock the Buttons to avoid unsupervised operation.
To activate this function, press the moDe and UP Buttons at the
same time.

To deactivate this function, press the moDe and UP Buttons at
the same time.

Low battery Power Detection - Transmitter
The life span of the remote control batteries depends on various
factors: quality of the batteries used, the number of ignitions of
the appliance, the number of changes to the room thermostat set
point, etc.
When the transmitter batteries are low, an Icon will appear on the
LCD display of the transmitter

before all battery pow-
er is lost. When the batteries are replaced this Icon will disappear.
