*Operating; 
 

•

 

Before operating the appliance,place the tank. 

•

 

Be sure that the water drainage tap is off 

•

 

Take off the tank and  add water into bain marie’s tank. 

•

 

Plug in the appliance. 

•

 

In order to operate the appliance switch the thermostat to desired heat. 

•

 

When you switch the thermostat, the heaters start to work and and indicator lamps on it 
signal as it works. 

•

 

When the water temperature reaches to indicator temperature,the heaters are 
disabled.When the water temperature is lower than indicator temperature ,the thermostat  
steps in again. 

•

 

Put the foods that are wanted to be kept hot  into the tank during the heating of water 

•

 

After operation is completed switch to (0) position and unplug the appliance. 

•

 

Before drainage of water  leave the water to be cooled. 

•

 

Pull the spherical valve handle to down in order to drain water. 

•

 

Turn off the valve after  drainage process.
