• Only then can you attach the appliance, which is to be powered, to the inverter socket. Always
turn on the inverter first (switch into the ON position) and only then turn the appliance on.
If you connect some appliances, which have an engine, such as a drill, grinder, air conditioning
etc., make sure that the output of the inverter is at least three times higher than the power
intake of the attached appliance. It is needed for trouble free operation, since during the start-
-up the power consumption of these appliances is higher than their nominal power intake.
• The inverter turns off automatically, if the power intake of the attached appliance exceeds the
inverter output. An automated disconnection occurs also if the temperature of the inverter
in operation exceeds 60 °C.
• If the voltage in the battery drops, you will hear an alarm sound during operation.
When this sound signal is heard, turn off your appliance, turn off the inverter and leave
the engine running, without the inverter for at least 20 minutes. It will recharge the battery.
If you need to use the inverter for an appliance at a greater distance, we recommend using
an extension cord with maximum length 30 m (the diameter of the supply cable should be
3× 1.5 mm

). If you violate these procedures, the inverter may be damaged and in this case
it is not covered by the warranty.
Do not use the inverter, unless your motor is running!!! Or else your car battery may discharge!
Turn the inverter off when it is not in use.
Turn the inverter off when you start a car engine – or else it may get damaged.
Turn the inverter off when you recharge the car battery with a charger – it might get damaged.
Do not dismantle the inverter! There is a risk of electric shock!!!!
The output section of the inverter contains an easily replaceable external fuse. If the inverter
does not work, you can replace this fuse, or take the inverter to a professional service. The
replacement of this fuse is not covered by the warranty conditions.
Ventilation - cooling
During the operation make sure the cooling ventilator is turning. If it is not turning during the
operation, check the inverter. In order for the cooling to be sufficient, make sure there is enough
space behind the inverter. In case of a short circuit, overload etc. at the AC output, the inverter
will be automatically turned OFF. In that case:
(A) Turn the inverter off (OFF)
(B) Detach all appliances
(C) Check the connection of all the equipment
(D) Start again, as soon as you have resolved all problems.
If you use the inverter for longer period of time, the AC output can be suddenly cut off, though
the battery has enough voltage. It can be caused by overheating. In that case proceed as follows:
(A) Turn off the inverter
(B) Detach the appliance and wait till the inverter cools down
(C) Turn the inverter on again.
The inverter should be located as follows:
(A) In a well ventilated, non-flammable space.
(B) Not to be over-exposed to direct sunshine or heat.
(C) Out of the reach of children.
(D) Protected against water/moisture, oil or grease.
(E) On flat surface.
Care and maintenance
• Before you start working with the product, carefully read the user manual and keep it.
• Do not allow non-professional handling of the appliance. Always follow the rules
for the use of the electric appliances.
