defects in material and workmanship lasts one
year from the date of purchase. During this
warranty period, Emjoi (directly or through
your local retailer) will take care of repair, or
at their discretion, replacement of the defective
unit without charge.
* Original invoice or receipt is needed
for warranty service.

damages resulting from accidents, misuse,
alterations, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or
performance of services or repairs by an

Q: I tried to use the Emjoi
®
Beauty Forever in between
my eyebrows but the hair kept
falling out of the tweezers,
what should I do?
A: If your skin tends to be oily,
your hair follicles would also
be on the oily side causing the
hair to fall out of the tweezer.
Wash the desired area you
wish to treat with an oil free
soap or cleanser, and try again.
Q: What is the difference between
the Emjoi

Beauty Forever
and electrolysis?
A: Electrolysis is costly and requires
you to have to schedule
appointments, which is
extremely time consuming.
Electrolysis is invasive, uses
needles, which is painful and
can cause scarring. The
Emjoi
®
Beauty Forever is
non-invasive and does not
cause scarring. It can be used
in the privacy of your own
home and one price gives you
as many treatments as you
need.

A: Yes. It is extremely gentle and

A: When you clasp the tweezers
together, the Radio Frequency
Indicator, red light by the
adapter will get brighter, which
indicates that the product is
working.
