When the Condensate Switch Monitor is connected to the Data Hub the green light will be on, as
shown in Figure A. If the monitor’s green LED does not illuminate and the Data Hub is powered
on, unplug the 3-pin connector, flip over and reinsert.
Proper connection to the condensate switch may be confirmed by momentarily opening the
switch and observing that the red light comes on, as seen in Figure B. (24 volt system power
must be on and the control wire being interrupted must be active for this step.) If the red light
does not indicate when the switch is open, please verify that the switch is operating correctly.
In the event of a condensate switch opening the red light will illuminate and the Sensi Predict
system will detect an open status. Sensi Predict technicians will not trigger a homeowner alert
unless an actual condensate event is diagnosed. When the condensate switch closes (after
removing the clog and draining the water) the red light will go out.
