6.0 Trim the transmitter (optional)

Devices are calibrated by the factory. Once installed, it is recommended to
perform a zero trim. A zero trim is a single-point adjustment to compensate for
mounting position. When performing a zero trim, ensure the vent tube is vented
to atmospheric pressure.

6.1 Zero trim using the Field Communicator

1. Connect the Field Communicator

(see

“Connect wiring and power up” on page 13

for instructions).

2. At the main menu, input the

3. Follow the commands to perform a zero trim.
