General Operating Instructions
1.
Place the appliance on a gas or charcoal grill
or on a gas stove top. Place the Pizza Stone in
the appliance.
2.
Turn on the grill or stove top and heat the
appliance to the desired temperature.
Use the Temperature Gauge on top of the
appliance to monitor the temperature.
3.
When the appliance has reached your
desired temperature, place your uncooked
pizza on the Pizza Peel. Use the Pizza Peel
to slide the pizza onto the Pizza Stone inside
the appliance. Then, remove the Pizza Peel.
4.
Use the Front Cover to cover the front of
the appliance.
5.
After 5 minutes, check the doneness of
your pizza. When the desired doneness is
reached, use the Pizza Peel to remove the
pizza and enjoy.
Using the Grill Plate
1.
Place the appliance on a gas or charcoal grill or
on a gas stove top. Place the Grill Plate in the
appliance.
2.
Turn on the grill or stove top and heat the
appliance to the desired temperature. Use the
Temperature Gauge on top of the appliance to
monitor the temperature.
3.
When the appliance has reached your desired
temperature, place your food on the Grill Plate.
4.
Use the Front Cover to cover the front of the
appliance.
5.
After 5 minutes, check the doneness of your
food. When the desired doneness is reached,
carefully remove the food and enjoy.
