Removing mounting rails from the cabinet
Removing mounting rails from the cabinet
To remove the rail kit from the cabinet:
1. Remove the server chassis from the cabinet as described in
“Removing the server from the cabinet” on page 17 .
2. Push the metal lever on the middle rail as you push the rail back
into the cabinet ( Figure 19 ).

3. Push the front and back release levers as shown in Figure 20 , then
remove the slide rails from the cabinet.
