Configuring the Director
Configuring Port Addresses
This operation applies only if the director’s Management Style is set to
FICON
. (Refer to Configuring the Management Style on page 5-2.)
Use this procedure to create and activate port address configurations
for S/390 connections.
To configure, save, and activate port addresses, follow these steps:
1. Click Configure on the Product Manager menu bar and select
Addresses on the drop-down menu; then click Active on the
pop-up submenu.
This displays the dialog box in Figure 5-10.

matrix to the right of the first three columns. The same addresses
