5 Electrical Characteristics

These figures will deteriorate drastically if an insufficient thermal
solution is used for the power transistors.

5.1 Temperature Derating - Overall

The following picture shows the output power in relation to temperature:

5.2 Temperature Derating for each Controller

The ADLPS104-150 can be ordered for operation in an extended ambient temperature range of -40° C to
85° C. In this case, derating applies for the temperatures above 70° C as follows:
