canister (3) with resin.

Clean the threads with water.
4. Insert the head with the immersion pipe (5) centrally aligned into the
canister, and screw it down by hand (floating resin will make centring the
pipe much easier). The device is ready for use.
• The drain valve must not be connected to the water-filled
system!
• Ensure that any spilled resin is cleaned up thoroughly. Risk of
slipping!
• Every time the resin is replaced, check the mesh on the
immersion pipe for damage and make sure the immersion pipe
is screwed on tightly.
5.2. Connection
Connect the device to the raw water at the inlet (1) using an adequately sized
hose. Connect the outlet (9) to the system to be filled, also using a hose. The
device is fitted with a non-return valve that prevents any throughput in the
wrong direction.
• Where EN 1717 is applicable (Germany), a pipe separator must
also be installed upstream of the filling station. Observe the
water utilities' regulations.
• PUROTAP® easy II may only be pressurised for the duration of
the filling process. Permanent connection under pressure is not
permitted.
5.3. Commissioning
Prior to commissioning, close the drain valve (4) on the resin canister. Open
the shut-off valve (2). Throughput may not exceed 15 l/min and can be
monitored on the combined meter.
