Symbol Meaning
External power supply
If this symbol appears, the EK205 is being supplied power from an external
unit connected to the terminals.
Signal strength of the radio network for the external modem (connected to
the terminals). This display is only shown if an external modem is connected
and active.
Charging status of the device battery
6.3.5 Error messages when entering values
If a value has been entered incorrectly via the keyboard, then input error messages will be
displayed.

Code Description
1 The archive is empty, no values have been entered.
2 The archive value cannot be read.
The archive may currently be opened by the interface for exporting.
4 Parameter cannot be changed (constant)
5 You are not authorized to change this value.
A corresponding lock must be opened to change this value.
6 Invalid value
The value entered is outside the permissible limits.
7 Wrong key
The key entered (number code) is incorrect, lock is not opened.
11 Input not possible due to special settings or configuration, e.g.:
- Change heat value only possible in the gas analysis list; not in the energy list
12 The input of this source (address) is not permitted.
13 Input not possible due to special settings or configuration, e.g.:

Clr.X function can only be performed once the time has been set to its start
value (initialized) with the button combination + .
- The
Store function can only be executed once the change information for the
alignment of " Vm " (see chapter 5.3.1.4) or " Vb " (see chapter 0) was deleted.
14 Gas analysis parameters do not match.
20 Value not defined for the user-specific display
The value to be displayed can be defined by entering the address of the user. As
this address has not yet been entered, no value will be displayed.
21 The value can only be changed when the calibration lock is open as the PTB
logbook is full.
