By operating the push button at the end of the torch you can switch the flashlight ON and OFF..
One-Handed Speed-FocusFocus:
This flashlight is focuable. To adjust the beam ti suit your application, simply push forward or
pull back with your thumb on the head of the light.
Change of batteries:
Before changing the batteries you must switch off the flashlight. For changing the batteries please unscrew
the cap at the end of the flashlight.
a) battery pack:
connected to end capsThis end cap and the battery holder are one unit. Pull out this unit and take out the dischar-
ged batteries. Fill in new batteries according to the plus and minus marks at the holder. You must not cause a short circuit to the front
contacts. Take care not to touch the front golden contacts with any wet or metal object. Insert the battery holder into the flashlight housing
again. Close the lamp by screwing the end cap into the thread.
b) single battery pack:
Remove the battery holder. Take out the discharged batteries and dispose them properly. Fill in new
batteries according to the plus and minus marks at the holder. Then insert the battery holder into the flashlight with the positive pole first.
Close the flashlight by screwing on the end cap.
Batteries:
Never try to recharge batteries or use fresh and used batteries together. Always change all batteries at the same time and
use high quality batteries and the same type only. Use only high quality batteries of the same type. Because of different electrical values
the use of accumulators and high current batteries is not allowed. If you intend to not use this flashlight for a longer time, take the
batteries out to prevent damage by leaking batteries. Discharged batteries must be taken out. Used batteries and accumulators are
hazardous waste and must be disposed according to the national legislation.
Accessories:
The enclosed ribbon can be fastened at the end of the flashlight. The enclosed pocket fits to belts with a width of max.
80 mm.(work belt).
Attention!
When inserting new batteries, follow the polarity marks at the battery housing. When you reinsert the battery pack (version
b) into the lamp, you must insert it with the positive (+) terminal first. When inserting batteries or battery pack the wrong way this could
damage the batteries and might cause an explosion!
Security advice:
You must not hit anybody at the eyes with the light out of this lamp. If the light beam hits your eyes, close the eyes
and turn your head away. Do not use any magnifying instruments that concentratethe light with this flashlight. When looking directly in this
flashlight the light can temporarily dazzle your eyes.In case of commercial usage, the user of the flashlight must be instructed according to
the national regulations for health and safety and the rules of practice.
