Right-
click on the EloRestoreUtility icon on the Desktop and select “Run as administrator.”
2.
Click “Start” button to begin the process.
3.
Once completed, you will see a pop-up window that will prompt you to insert a blank flash drive to any of the available USB ports on your system.
(For Windows 10, use a flash drive with at least 32GB of space available)
