and wait 1 min until the cells will be separated. Remove supernatant.
Step 1

Within 20 sec all the precipitate will resuspend.

now mix homogeneously while cell lyses.
Step 3
Add 350
μ
l of neutralization buffer. Press Start/Stop.
Two solutions will mix homogeneously and neutralize. Followed by
5 min spin down. Proteins and DNA is now separated.
