3.4.4. Slots
The oven is equipped with slots (7) that allow you to position the trays at
different heights according to the need. It is important that when you adjust the
trays, the food does not touch the elements for hygiene and safety reasons.
REMEMBER
The trays can reach high temperatures, always use a cloth or an oven glove to
handle them.
3.4.5. Accesories
The oven is equipped with the following list of accessories, below we offer you
advice on their use:
-Tongs (10):
the tongs attach to the grill and the tray, making them
easier to handle and improving the user’s safety. It is recommended that
you use a cloth or oven glove to handle the trays even if the tongs are used.
-Grill (11):
indicated for cooking pizzas, meat and fish. Especially
indicated for uniformly roasting the food on both sides without needing to turn it over.
-Enamelled tray (12):
especially indicated for grilling food and suitable for roasting
any type of food. The tray has a coating that allows you to place food directly on
the tray, which is easily and conveniently cleaned later.
04. CLEANING
Clean the oven after each use to ensure correct hygiene and performance of the
product. Before proceeding to clean, disconnect and unplug the oven. Wait for the
oven to cool down to avoid burns and other types of accidents.
To clean the oven and its accessories, we will use a damp cloth and neutral soap.
We will start with the crumb tray (9): the oven is equipped with a flat tray inside at
the bottom. Its function is to collect the crumbs, grease and other residues that may
drop from the food while it is cooking. This way it is easier to clean the bottom of
the oven. To clean it, it is as easy as gently pulling it out and wiping it with a cloth.
We will continue by cleaning the inside walls of the oven, the door and the elements.
Important: make sure that the oven has cooled down correctly.
We will finish
with the outer structure and the wheels of the control panel.
Last of all, we will dry the oven with a clean, dry cloth. Remember that the
accessories are compatible with dishwashers.
