Connect the accessory you want to use to process food: the kneading mixer is
equipped with beaters (7) and kneading hooks (8). The recommended use for each
accessory is explained later.
Insert the attachment in the connector holes (5). The attachment marked with a ring
must be inserted in the connector hole also marked with a ring. You must push each
attachment into their hole until you hear a “click”.
Place the food you want to process in an adequate container, it is recommended
that the food does not exceed half of the container’s capacity (it is possible that by
processing the food, the resulting mass is larger than it was originally).
Once the attachments are connected, plug the product into a power socket. Hold
the product by the handle (6) and with the speed selector (2) choose the speed at
which the attachments will spin.
It is recommended that you start with a low speed and then gradually raise it as the
food is processed until the desired result is achieved. Below we offer you an exam-
ple of use for each speed.
- Position 0:
off.
- Speed 1-2:
low speed, recommended when starting to mix. It is the perfect speed
for processing soft or liquid ingredients.
- Speed 2-4:
medium speed, recommended for processing ingredients of a medium
texture.
- Speed 5:
high speed: choosing this is only recommended for beating egg whites,
confectionery dough and sauces.
- The “Turbo” button (1):
allows you to increase the rotation speed while at any of
the speed selector’s positions, even when at 0.
