1) Use the rotating bracket as a template, drill holes in the mounting surface depending on surface or
corner mounting – 2 x

position holes for surface, or 4 x
D
position holes for corner.
2) Insert the wall plugs if fixing into plaster or brick.
3) Screw the Rotating bracket into the wall plugs with the flat side facing the wall. The bracket arm
should be facing you, with hinge on top.
4) Fasten the bracket arm to EIR base cover with the pointy ends facing away from EIR, with hinge on
top.
5) Fit the EIR onto the hooks of the Rotating bracket.
6) Adjust the detecting angle by fitting the bracket arm onto one of the holes on top of the rotating
bracket, and fasten the top screw as shown.
Step 4
: Press the Test button once to enter Test Mode. Walk around the protected area to ensure
detection coverage is adequate. Whenever a movement is detected, the LED will light up for
two seconds to confirm.
Step 5
: When detection coverage is found to be satisfactory, installation is complete.
Note
:
The EIR has an internal rotating housing that can be adjusted horizontally, so its 110°
coverage may vary between 0° and 180°.
