Note:
The socket is designed to ZIF (Zero Insertion Force)
specifications which means that the CPU pins
should easily d rop into the socket pin holes without
any exertion or pressure on the CPU.
3. Swing the locking lever down and hook it under the
latch on the edge of the socket.
4. Apply thermal grease to the top of the CPU. See your
dealer for more information about thermal grease.
5. Lower the CPU fan/heatsink unit onto the CPU socket.
6. Secure the two retention clips on either side of the
fan/heatsink unit onto the Socket 370 base.
