5.Maintenance of power tools, check the misalignment or the block of moving parts, the damage of
accessories and the other conditions to impact on the operation of power tools. The power tools must be
repaired before the usage if any damage. And a lot of accidents are caused by the poorly maintained
power tools
6 ． Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Well-maintained tools with sharp cutting edge are not easy to be
blocked and are easier to be controlled.
7 ． Operate the power tool, accessories and the blade of tool etc in accordance with the instructions, the
manner required for the particular type of power tool, working conditions and the concrete job. The power
tool for operations inconsistent with the requirements may result in dangerous situations.
E. Repair
1 ． Send the power tool to the qualified person to repair with the identical replacement parts only, which
can ensure the safety of the maintenance of the power tool.
Pay attention to the power and voltage in case of the electrical connection. Be sure that the voltage of
power supply is the same as the one indicated on the nameplate. It is dangerous for the operator and the
power tool when the supply voltage is higher than the voltage required by tools. Therefore, it is prohibited
to plug in before confirm voltage supply. Conversely, it will be harmful to the motor when the supply volta-
ge is lower than the required voltage of electric tools.

d) The accessories should be operated with the rated speed which must be at least equal to the speed
marked on the power tool. The operation with the speed larger than the speed marked on the power tool
may cause the problem to burst and cause.
e) The external diameter and thickness of the accessories should be within the rated capacity of the
power tool, and the incorrect size can not be guarded or controlled adequately.
