Section1. Aileron & Flap Servo Installation
Step1. Insert three CA hinges into the aileron.
Step2. Insert four CA hinges into the flap.
Step3. Attach the aileron and flap to the wing
through the hinges. Adjust them to make sure
aileron and flap to move up and down freely, not
rubbing with each other and the wing.
Step4. Apply thin CA to both sides of all the hinges.
After the CA has hardened for a few minutes, pull
hard on the flap and aileron to make sure they are
secure.
Step5. Use a hobby knife to remove the covering
for the flap and aileron servos.
Step6. Install one servo with the servo horn onto
the servo hatch.
