Read through this user manual carefully before using the electric kettle.
Save the manual for later reference, to avoid incorrect use or injury.
In this manual, the electric kettle will also be referred to as “the unit”.
IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Keep the electric kettle out of reach of children.
Make sure that the electric kettle is kept some-
where where children cannot play with it. Make
sure also that the power cord does not hang
over the edge of the worktop (children may be
able to reach it and pull the kettle onto them-
selves).
• Before connecting the electric kettle to the pow-
er supply, check that the mains voltage match-
es the voltage rating of the kettle. If not, contact
your dealer immediately (do not use the kettle).
• Make sure all switches are in the OFF position
before unplugging the kettle from the wall sock-
et.
• Do not use the unit if the power cord or plug are
damaged, if the unit has been damaged or does
not work correctly. Take the unit to the nearest
authorised repairer to be checked, repaired or
adjusted.
• Do not place the unit near or on a gas stove,
electric hob or in a hot oven/microwave oven.
