On/Off & Mode Button:
Press once to switch the module ON or OFF. After switching ON, the module needs
approx. 5 Seconds to set up the WiFi connection. See module configuration for the
different module modes.
EL-Skyport Antenna:
Turn-around antenna to get best possible distance range performance.
SYNC Socket:
The EL-Skyport WiFi module can be used as a EL-Skyport Universal Receiver module.
All configurations can be applied by using the Mobile App.
Max. SYNC Voltage = 50 VDC
Charge Socket:
DC 5V/500mA battery charge input socket for the Elinchrom EL-Skyport multi-voltage
charger only.
RESET Button:
Use only if the EL-Skyport RX WiFi module does not switch ON or OFF anymore. This will
also RESET the WiFi password to default value!
LED
Status LED:
Shows the actual status of the Module (same as Universal Module)

ON when the battery charges.
•
Flashes once every 3 - 4 seconds in NORMAL SYNC mode.
•
Flashes twice every 3 - 4 seconds in SPEED SYNC mode.
•
Flashes fast after pressing the ON button 5 s to change from NORMAL to SPEED
SYNC mode.
•
Flashes fast multiple times after pressing the ON button 10 s to switch back to
DEFAULT settings.
•
Flashes fast multiple times after pressing the ON button 15 s to enable the
FIRMWARE UPDATE mode.
WiFi LED:
•
Blinks when WiFi module is configured, but NOT connected.
•
ON when WiFi is connected to your Apple
®
device and is ready for Data transfer.
Data LED:
Shows that the WiFi data transfer between your Apple
®
device and the EL-Skyport RX
WiFi module is active.
